Ugh, a slacker again

Well, what can I say?

It's been over a month since my last posting and where does the time go?

I realized what a slacker I've been when I got a note in a Christmas card from a friend asking for my blog address so she can see what is new with me.

This month has flown by and part of that is because I was in a post operative zone. I had surgery again, for something different, not anything serious, but something that needed to be taken care of--it was discovered during the pre-operative appointment for my surgery in September. And I wanted to do it when it would seem least intrusive in my life. So, I had it done the Wednesday before Christmas.

I am still in career transition and feeling optimisitic about January.

Not much else is new. I continue to lose weight for which I am grateful. Am eating healthy.
